Minimum: 20.84 per hour Maximum: 25.34 per hour
Under limited supervision, this position performs complex and difficult clerical work using precedent and judgment in making decisions about work methods to use, and ensuring work is consistent with policies and standards. Work involves increased complexity, accountability and independence in the completion of statistical, financial, and/or patient related records and requires a broad knowledge of departmental procedures.
Formal Education:
·High School Diploma or equivalent
·Computer course in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or demonstrated ability to use computer systems
·Administrative/clerical course desirable
·Knowledge of record keeping/basic financial procedures

Experience:
·Computer work experience required – word processing, working with Microsoft systems

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
·Strong computer skills
·Knowledge of administrative support/clerical functions
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Understands importance of confidentiality
·Must be dependable, thorough, accurate and be able to work with limited supervision
·Ability to promote a positive attitude and teamwork
·Exceptional proofreading skills; meticulous attention to detail
·Professionalism in dealing with public, other divisions/departments, etc.
·Proven organizational skills
·Accuracy and attention to detail

Driver License Required: Yes

  • Vehicle Required - Required to provide a vehicle for business use; along with acceptable driver's abstract and proof of business insurance
