Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Responsible for leading a small business intelligence development and analysis team and ensuring that the team produces program, project, and operation level deliverables in an effective and timely manner. Able to develop and problem-solve at an advanced and complex level.
The BI Development Team Lead must work collaboratively with other team members, IT colleagues, and business clients and collaborators to deliver informational value. Using BI experience and knowledge of iterative development lifecycle, helps design, estimate, plan, execute, and follow-up on BI projects and operational activities.
Salary / Benefits: This position is classified as P4-2. Minimum $80,000.00 to maximum $119,750.00 annually.
University degree in management information systems, computer science or related area; Minimum of 5 years experience in applying knowledge and expertise in data warehousing and business intelligence; Mastery of multiple BI tools and methodologies; Advanced SQL programming skills; Able to plan, estimate, implement, and close projects using project management methodology; Experience developing analytical reports, scorecards, and dashboards in different tools with varying presentation levels; Able to design integrated data marts and schema using iterative development lifecycle; Well developed oral and written communication skills with proven ability to collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate; Minimum 2 years supervisory experience of a small team.
