Minimum: 23.08 per hour Maximum: 28.07 per hour
Under limited supervision and direction, the Imaging Records Clerk performs clerical duties in the Imaging Records Department and adjacent areas as well as the Reception and Bookings areas. This includes documenting patients, entering data, answering the telephone, scheduling procedures, handling patient film files in the film library and adjacent areas.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course required.
  • Successful completion of computer courses an asset.
  • Recognized Business/Clerical course desired.
  • Minimum 6 months recent Diagnostic Imaging Clerical experience in booking, reception and clerical duties required.
  • Demonstrated ability to be well organized and able to work in a very demanding and busy environment required.
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member required.
  • Basic computer skills are an asset.
