This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, housed in the brand-new, state-of-the-art South Health Campus. Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all patient rooms, ante rooms, procedure carts and supply carts are stocked with the appropriate supplies and linens
  • Reports any missing or inadequate supplies, including tracking of direct purchase supplies, to team management or delegate
  • Appropriately cleans and organizes unit equipment into their designated areas to facilitate easy access and limited clutter
  • Establishes and maintains a regular cleaning program for unit equipment in collaboration with unit equipment cleaners
  • Formal education (required):
  • Grade 12 diploma

    Experience:
  • Experience in a hospital setting (preferred)
  • Knowledge / familiarity with medical supplies and equipment (preferred)
  • Previous experience with Supply Management is an asset
  • Previous experience in a critical care area (preferred)

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Must have written and verbal English language proficiency
  • Must be able to work independently and accept accountability
