Minimum: 19.85 per hour Maximum: 22.18 per hour
Under general supervision performs moderately complex clerical and manual duties involved in monitoring, shipping, receiving, warehousing, auditing and distribution of supplies and equipment in accordance with set rules and guidelines.
Grade 12 required. Training in the Transportation of Dangerous good and WHMIS is desirable. Keyboarding skill is essential. Spreadsheet basic skill essential. E-mail and word processing basic skill required. Preferred Oracle inventory and order entry experience. Previous experience in or related work required, shipping, receiving, and material handling. Ability to work in a focused, proactive manner with accuracy to detail with minimal supervision. Ability to work as an effective team member. Ability to read, write and comprehend English fluently is required. Ability to perform accounting functions required. Knowledge of and/ or ability to learn computer systems as required in an accurate and efficient manner. Attention to detail required. Knowledge of computerized data base system desirable. Physically capable of frequent heavy lifting, bending and carrying of objects up to 40 kg. Strong telephone skills required.
