Minimum: 20.84 per hour Maximum: 25.34 per hour
The successful applicant will be a member of a primary health care team, responsible for clerical and receptionist duties including greeting clients at the health centre, switchboard, booking appointments, weighing and measuring babies, data entry/word processing, records management and other related clerical duties as required.
A minimum of Grade 12 and the successful completion of a post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate from an approved business school/college is preferred. Two years recent secretarial/reception experience is an asset. Excellent communication, telephone and organizational skills are desirable. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, demonstrate professional image, exceptional customer service ability, be a strong team player, and be flexible with ability to adapt to change. Proficiency in various computer applications including word processing, data entry, email, and Internet access are required.
