If you enjoy working independently in a fast paced environment providing clerical services and support to a diverse team of professionals at a contact centre, this position may be of interest to you. Reporting to the Team Leader, Operational Support, Health Link Alberta, the incumbent will be responsible for duties related to workforce management and provide support to the Work Force Management team at Health Link Alberta. Key responsibilities will include: scheduling of approximately 225 staff was well as payroll entry in E-people. Other duties include general support services such as filing, photo copying and database management, etc. Your solid knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems, computer systems and computer applications will enable you to meet tight timelines. Your strong organizational skills and ability to problem solve will allow you to handle multiple tasks (data entry, faxes, photocopying, retrieving records, filing) in a timely manner. Strong knowledge of Excel, E-people, time entry and scheduling is an asset.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, supplemented by a post secondary Secretarial or Administrative Support certificate and at least 2 - 3 years working in an office setting, with progressively responsible experience delivering support to managers. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required with certification being an asset. The successful candidate must have a minimum typing speed 55 WPM.
