Minimum: 22.30 per hour Maximum: 25.74 per hour
Henwood Treatment Centre is an adult residential treatment centre for individuals affected by harmful affects of drug, alcohol & gambling addiction.
This position is responsible for the supervision of clients and facilities in the program at Henwood Treatment Centre. The position provides supportive care to the clients with all observations, interactions and activities appropriately documented and communicated to the treatment team.
As a key member of the program team, you will also attend shift exchanges and relay information in an effective and timely manner; communicate observations to the team verbally and in written form; assist in the delivery of recreational, evening and weekend programming as required.
- A high school diploma with experience in an Adult Residential setting would be considered an asset.
- Preference will be given to those applicants with experience or knowledge in addiction and/or mental health settings.
- Successful applicants must have current First Aid/BCLS-HCP certification.
- Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 treatment environment. Day,
evening, overnight, and weekend availability is required.
Henwood is located 15 minutes from St. Albert by car, 25 minutes from downtown Edmonton & 35 minutes from Southgate LRT.
