This is a senior leadership position in Information Technology with a mandate to plan, implement and manage AHS’s Corporate business intelligence and MDM data governance related applications.

The Director, Corporate Data Integration and Informatics, is accountable for achieving Application and Information Management Systems (AIMS) objectives regarding the planning, implementation, management and IT governance over provincially integrated corporate analytic, master data applications and data warehouses. This complex, technical portfolio encompasses the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Governance (DG) corporate systems.

The position provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the competency center that supports the ongoing maintenance of the corporate analytic systems, oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules, and drives continuous improvement to business process and business results based on the enterprise capability of the solution.

  • Minimum College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of IT and business/industry work in a senior management role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
  • Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
  • Maintenance and support experience, and comprehensive understanding of business intelligence enterprise solutions and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • The incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of professional and personal development.
