The Technical Writer, reporting to the Project Manager and the Project Communications Lead, supports the project by creating communication tools and resources, such as manuals and work flow-charts, to the specifications of the project team.

Duties include:
  • Creating flow-charts to represent the current and future state work process flows
  • Attend meetings
  • Work with work groups to create manuals and summary documents
  • Organize project content in the most appropriate/effective formats
  • Supporting all members of the project team in document formatting/production

    Salary/Benefits: This position is classified as a T2-1. Minimum $41,500.00 to maximum $58,000.00 annually.
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • A Diploma in technical communication or equivalent
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office
  • Expertise using Microsoft Viso
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint or other document management software
