Hours per Shift: 7.75 Hours
Shifts per Cycle: 7 Shifts
Length of Shift Cycle: 2 Weeks
Evenings/Weekends
$17.78 - $19.42 per hour
*In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

<p> Cleans client and other rooms using daily procedures, operates, cleans and stores housekeeping equipment, moves furniture, disposes of general and special wastes, and performs a variety of duties to maintain the facility in a clean, orderly and aesthetically pleasing condition. Maintains inventory of housekeeping items, chemicals and other supplies.</p>

<p> Knowledge of verbal and written English and arithmetic normally associated with high school graduation;<br /> Knowledge of role of housekeeping services;<br /> Previous experience in institution Housekeeping.<br /> <br /> <strong>Ability to:</strong><br /> &bull; Understand production and cleaning requirements to organize workload with a minimum of supervision;<br /> &bull; Operate housekeeping equipment and other related equipment;<br /> &bull; Maintain records and complete reports;<br /> &bull; Perform procedures effectively and efficiently;<br /> &bull; Mix chemicals to proper dilution ratios;<br /> &bull; Follow safety instructions</p>
