$18.71 - $20.90 per hour
*$250.00 per month – Temporary Northern Living Allowance offered on a pro-rated basis, dependent on FTE
This position is open to qualified AHS employees only

Under general supervision, receives and distributes supplies entering the facility. Provides shipping services for all inventory items; completes records pertaining to the receiving/shipping function; and performs other related duties.

Grade 12 or equivalent;
Previous experience in warehouse to understand the supply, process and distribution function; sufficient computer
experience to operate inventory system.
Ability to:

  • Understand, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions;
  • Organize, control and coordinate own workload within pre-established schedules;
  • Operate computer equipment related to the supply area;
  • Operate an electric pallet jack, bulkveyor, and supply truck;
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Complete, maintain, and compile records to assist with inventory control;
  • Physical ability to lift or move heavy and/or awkward items.
