Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The position provides support to managers by processing and reporting financial and statistical information.
This position specifically contributes to the Finance Department’s objectives by ensuring that statistical information included in the system and system reports is reliable, timely, complete and accurate.
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders across many sites, sectors and zones will be required to meet key deliverables: Alignment of activity data to financials and staffing. Verification for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and standards compliance. Development of a data dictionary. Documentation of standard processes.
Salary/Benefits: This position is classified as a P2-1. Minimum $55,000.00 to maximum $77,000.00 annually.
A post secondary degree, preferably in business, finance or accounting is required. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing a CMA or CGA. Health Care and statistical experience considered an asset. One or two years accounting and/or financial administrative experience is preferred.
This position also requires the following skills: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work within defined deadlines. Ability to function within a collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications.
