Reporting to the VP, Clinical Performance Improvement (CPI) the Medical Staff Engagement in Quality (MSEQ) Project Manager provides senior consulting expertise and support to this key initiative. The Project Manager applies service design, change management, and process improvement principles to scope, plan, implement, and evaluate strategies and uses various tools and models for project management. The Project Manager leads and facilitates engagement of various stakeholders including clinical staff, physician leaders, senior management, and executive leaders to develop and evaluate Medical Staff Engagement in Quality strategies.

The MSEQ Project Manager is required to work with undefined parameters, and conceptualize and develop frameworks, work plans, and take innovative approaches to move projects / initiatives from conceptualization through planning and operational implementation.

This is a provincial role that manages projects which span across multiple AHS departments and will also involve external stakeholder organizations that relate to medical staff roles.

Salary / Benefits: This position is classified as P4-2. Minimum $80,000.00 to maximum $119,750.00 annually.
Master’s degree in a health related area and / or business or other equivalent preparation. A combination of related experience and education may be considered. Three to five years’ progressive experience in a management, administrative, and / or clinical role, preferably within a health related field. Equivalencies will be considered.

Performance improvement, health services planning, system design or project management methodology, AIW training would be an asset. Experience in engaging medical staff in quality will be preferred.
